Core Material:
The sheathing is made from carefully selected veneers of Poplar, Hardwood, Pine, or a Combi Core. These materials are sourced from sustainable forests, ensuring both strength and eco-friendliness.
Layered Construction:
Plywood is constructed by cross-laminating thin veneers at right angles. This cross-grain structure provides excellent dimensional stability, reduced warping, and high load-bearing strength.
Number of Plies:
Depending on thickness, the sheathing consists of 5 to 13 plies, each precisely bonded for optimal performance.
Adhesive System:
MR (Moisture Resistant) Glue – for general exterior use.
WBP (Water Boil Proof) Glue – for demanding environments requiring maximum water resistance.
Surface & Finish:
The surface is sanded smooth for easy handling and application, allowing seamless use in wall, roof, or floor sheathing.
