In OEM process, we will produce and sell flooring products under OEM according to the requirements of brand owners or importers. The specific process is as follows:
Demand communication:
Brand owners or importers and flooring manufacturers to contact, clear product requirements, including flooring materials, specifications, design, quantity, delivery and so on.
Sample production and confirmation:
We will make samples according to customer requirements for your confirmation. You may modify the samples several times until you are satisfied.
After confirming the samples, we both sign a formal production contract.
Production planning and scheduling:
We will make a detailed production plan and arrange production scheduling according to the contract requirements.
Raw material procurement and production:
We purchase the raw materials that meet the requirements and process them according to the production plan.
During the production process, we will strictly control the quality of the product to ensure that the product meets customer requirements and industry standards.
Quality testing and packaging:
Finished flooring is subject to strict quality testing to ensure that there are no defects and no damage.
After passing the inspection, the products will be packaged and ready for shipment.
Delivery and after-sales service:
We will ship the products to the designated place according to the delivery date agreed in the contract.
Meanwhile, we will provide necessary after-sales service, such as product installation guidance, maintenance during the warranty period.
ODM process
In ODM process, we are not only responsible for production, but also responsible for product design and development. The specific process is as follows:
Demand analysis and design development:
We communicate with you deeply to understand the market demand and your preference.
According to the market demand and your requirements, we carry out the design and development of the flooring products, including material selection, style design, functional innovation and so on.
Sample production and confirmation:
We make samples according to the design scheme for your confirmation. At the same time, you may put forward modifications to the samples, and we need to make adjustments according to the feedback.
After you confirm the samples, we will sign a formal production contract.
Production planning and scheduling:
We will make a detailed production plan according to the requirements of the contract and arrange production scheduling.
