F17 Formply is made of a high-density overlay (HDO) of phenolic resin impregnated paper bonded to plywood. It has a tested stress grade of F17. The panel is ideal for concrete formwork and structural uses. The phenolic overlay helps to protect the hardwood face as well providing a clean and smooth surface for the poured concrete.
Our production selects the best hardwood veneers, phenolic A-bond and phenolic coated overlay film for making excellent sheets.
F17 Formply has been developed specifically for Australian conditions. Made from mixed veneers including a hardwood eucalyptus core, poplar face veneers and a phenolic film overlay, it delivers superior results.
Independently certified and carrying the Benchmark Product Certification Mark to AS 6669-2016 under the internationally recognized JAS-ANZ accredited quality control program, it is ideal for general formwork such as decks, pre-cast, and tilt-up panel construction.
Rigorous quality testing ensures its durability and allows for multiple uses of one panel. This, plus its wide application, saves on material management costs.
