The surface should be free of obvious defects: the surface of the selected decorative board should be smooth, free of burrs, hook marks and planer marks; there should be no penetration phenomenon (such as partial blackening, yellowing); the surface should be selected without cracks, cracks, No skin, resin capsule and gum road; the natural warpage of the whole board should be as small as possible to avoid the sand penetration phenomenon caused by the improper operation of the sanding process.
4. The structure of the rubber layer is stable and there is no opening phenomenon: it should be noted that there is no bulging and delamination between the surface veneers and the substrate.
5. Knife method to check the bonding strength: This method is the most intuitive method to check the bonding strength. Use a sharp flat blade to pry open along the glue layer. If the rubber layer breaks and the wood breaks, the glue strength is poor.
