Products Process

 

1. Raw Material Selection
We begin with selecting only the highest-quality Radiata Pine logs, sourced from certified sustainable plantations. Each log is meticulously inspected to ensure uniform grain patterns, minimal defects, and optimal moisture content, ensuring a strong foundation for the final product.

2. Log Peeling & Veneer Production
Logs are debarked and processed using advanced rotary lathe machines to produce thin veneers. These veneers are then dried in high-efficiency drying lines, reducing moisture content to the desired level. This crucial step ensures the plywood's dimensional stability and performance.

3. Veneer Grading & Repair
Once dried, the veneers are sorted, graded, and thoroughly inspected. Any imperfections are patched or discarded to ensure only the highest-quality material remains. This stage is vital to achieve consistent quality and a smooth, strong final product.

4. Glue Application & Layer Assembly
A precisely measured layer of adhesive (E0, E1, E2, WBP, or MR, based on project requirements) is applied to each veneer. The veneers are then cross-laminated, alternating the grain direction to enhance strength, minimize warping, and improve overall stability.

5. Hot Pressing
The assembled layers are pressed under high temperature and pressure using state-of-the-art hydraulic presses. This step bonds the layers together, creating a uniform and dense panel with consistent thickness, ensuring structural integrity.

6. Trimming, Sanding & Finishing
After pressing, the plywood is trimmed to standard sizes (e.g., 1220x2440mm). It is then sanded to achieve a smooth surface ready for finishing. Optional edge sealing and surface treatments (if required) are applied to further enhance the product's durability and appearance.

7. Final Inspection & Packaging
Each plywood sheet undergoes rigorous quality control, including moisture testing, bond strength testing, and visual inspection. Only products that meet our high standards are approved for packaging. The final panels are securely packed on export-grade pallets, ensuring safe and efficient delivery to international markets.
