Formply is a film faced plywood used as formwork in concrete casting applications. Unlike standard plywood, the film face prevents the timber from absorbing bleed water and results in a smooth concrete surface. Formply is available in a range of sizes, thicknesses and most importantly, ratings.
Constructed from mixed-species veneers with a hardwood face and phenolic overlay, F17 form ply is highly durable and ideal for most formwork applications including walls, suspended decks, columns, and precast. The film face prevents timber from absorbing the bleed water and results in a smooth concrete face.
