Eucalyptus plywood Production line 1) Veneer cutting can be divided into diameter cutting or rotary cutting to produce different grades of plywood veneer. 2) Veneer drying: Moisture content is critical to the bond strength of plywood. 3) Glue: evenly apply glue, the thinner the better. 4) Billet: veneer paving according to structure, thickness and number of layers. 5) Aging: Stacked for 15 minutes after molding, called health. 6) Prepressure: cold pressing to make the plate preliminary forming, stacking 1 meter high, pressure 0.8-1.0MPa, time 15-20 minutes. 7) Hot pressing: By high temperature and high pressure curing glue to obtain bond strength. 8) Surface cladding: secondary hot pressing. |
