Shuttering plywood, or formwork plywood, is an important material used in the construction industry for concrete placement. The shuttring plywood is coated with a phenolic film on one or both sides to provide a smooth surface, The resin surface protects the hardwood veneer, easy for concrete stripping, and enhanced water, chemical and wear resistance. It can usually be reused 15-20 times with competitive price.

(1). Film color: brown, black or others

The most common film is brown film or black film . Generally speaking, different film colors show the different qualities. When you making an inquiry, an experienced salesman will know what the real quality you need.

(2). Quality of Film :

Local films made by Chinese companies. And imported film means film made by foreign companies, like Dynea . So we will use film according to your require.

(3). Core: poplar, hardwood, Eucalyptus, birch

Most of film faced plywood we are selling is poplar film faced plywood , which is high quality and price is competitive. We also supply hardwood film faced plywood, birch film faced plywood an so on as required.

(3). Glue: MR glue, WBP(melamine), WBP(phenolic)

We use these 3 types of glue.

(4). Size: 1220X2440mm, 1250X2500mm, or 4′ x 8′, standard size, large size, big size, special size

We produce sizes according to customers' requirement.

(5).Thickness: 6mm-30mm ( 6mm / 9mm / 12mm / 15mm / 18mm / 21mm-50mm )

We supply very thin film faced plywood as 6mm and thickest plywood up to 50mm. This is our advantage.
