Layered Composition: Constructed with 9-13 cross-layered veneers of tropical hardwood (typically eucalyptus or birch)
Adhesive System: Bonded with WBP (Water Boiling Proof) phenolic resin glue (≥120g/m² spread rate)
Grain Orientation: Alternating 90° grain alignment between layers for dimensional stability

Coating: Double-side laminated with 220g/m² phenolic-impregnated paper
Structure
Plywood is an engineered wood panel made by cross-laminating thin wood veneers bonded with adhesives. Its unique layered structure provides superior strength, dimensional stability, and versatility compared to solid wood.
Manufacturing Process
Peeled veneers conditioned to 8-12% moisture content
Automated glue spreading with ±5g/m² precision
Hot-pressed at 140°C/280psi for 90-120 seconds per mm thickness
Post-curing stabilization for 72 hours
Laser-guided trimming to ±0.5mm dimensional tolerance
