Selected high-quality wood, with strong waterproof and anti-corrosion properties, durable.
Material Selection
Core Veneers:
Use hardwood (eucalyptus, birch, or poplar) or softwood (pine), kiln-dried to 8–12% moisture content.
Phenolic Film:
High-density black phenolic resin-impregnated paper (120–150g/sqm).
UV-stabilized for outdoor use.
Adhesive:
WBP (Water Boil Proof) glue, typically phenol-formaldehyde (PF) resin, for waterproof bonding.
Quality Control
Moisture Resistance: Boil in water for 72 hours (no delamination).
Load Capacity: Tested to EN 310 standard (bending strength ≥ 30MPa).
Formaldehyde Emission: Verified to E0/E1 standards (<0.1ppm).
