What is WBP Glue?
WBP stands for "Water Boiled Proof" . If you use WBP glue for the plywood / film faced plywood, the panel will can be exposed to weather, water and moisture for a long period (some maybe permanently ) without delamination. The common WBP glues are melamine glue and phenolic glue. WBP (phenolic) plywood can be in boiling water for 24-72 hours without delamination.
Our plywood use WBP glue as follows:
MR Glue (Moisture Resistant) Urea-Formaldehyde-Resin Glue
WBP Glue (Water Boiled Proof) Melamine-Formaldehyde-Resin Glue
WBP Glue (Water Boiled Proof) Phenol-Formaldehyde -Resin Glue
Product Process
1. Choose the plywood raw materials like poplar, pine, birch, Eucalyptus, maple and so on
2. Then use the peeling machine to peel the wood skin.
3. Slice cut
4. After dying the wood chips finished.
5. Glue core veneer.
6. Use cold pressing, hot pressing
7. Wood putty sanding
8. Pressing face veneer,cold pressing,
9. Cutting edges, the plywood finished.
