LVL Production Process
Log Preparation – Selected plantation pine logs are debarked, conditioned, and prepared for peeling.
Veneer Peeling & Drying – Logs are rotary-peeled into thin veneers, which are kiln-dried to the proper moisture content.
Adhesive Application – Strong phenol-formaldehyde resin is applied to veneers for durable bonding.
Assembly & Hot Pressing – Veneers are stacked with grains aligned, then pressed under heat and pressure into solid billets.
Cutting & Finishing – Billets are trimmed, cut to required sizes, sanded, and inspected before packaging.
