c) Shear Strength Test

Bonded veneers are tested under mechanical load to measure the shear force required to separate layers. A higher shear strength indicates superior bonding quality.

d) Microscopic Examination

In advanced labs, microscopic inspection of the glue line helps assess penetration, uniformity, and consistency of adhesive application.
