F11 F17 Film Faced Plywood Formply

F17 film faced plywood sheet with a high-density overlay (hdo) of phenolic resin impregnated paper bonded onto it to give excellent off form finishes and multiple re-uses for the concrete building and construction industries

Formply is ideal for concrete formwork.The overlay helps to protect the hardwood face veneer as well providing a sound surface for the poured concrete. The offer is manufactured to AS 6669 for Plywood - Formwork.

Edges of the film faced plywood are sealed with an acrylic based paint for maximum moisture resistance and durability. Formply is available in F17 with a type a glue bond and manufactured to Australian Standards AS/NZS 2269.100% hardwood to meet the strength rating required. 

Application of Film Faced Plywood

(1} Construction industry: formwork membrane plywood, concrete formwork, formwork plywood

Film Faced Plywood is mainly used in construction.Therefore, Film Faced Plywood is also called formwork membrane plywood, concrete formwork, and formwork plywood. Because of this end use, customers usually need WBP film veneer plywood, which is more suitable for use as a template for large projects. However, some customers require MR film plywood to be used as a template for common projects

(2} Anti-slip Film Faced Plywood: Floor material for construction vehicles and working platforms.

According to the types of font and back, Film Faced Plywood can be divided into smooth film plywood and anti-slip film plywood. Anti-slip film plywood is commonly used as a floor material for vehicles, trucks and platforms.

(3} Film-covered plywood can also be used for shelves and furniture.

Compared with veneer faced plywood, film faced plywood is more durable and has a more wear-resistant surface. Therefore, it can be used to make durable furniture and shelves.

(4} Filmed plywood can also be used to construction sliding doors, advertising boards, playground equipment, playground floors, smooth concrete pourings, scaffolding, hoardings and fences, packaging, interior and exterior design and paneling.
