1. Material

Core: 100% high-quality poplar veneer
Poplar provides outstanding weight–strength ratio, stable bonding performance, and smooth internal layers for consistent panel strength.

Film Surface: Black or brown phenolic film
The film enhances hardness, surface flatness, and resistance to abrasion and moisture-ideal for concrete formwork.

2. Structure

Panel Size: 18mm × 1220mm × 2440mm

Construction: Poplar veneers arranged with balanced cross-grain layers
This structure increases panel stability, prevents warping, and ensures uniform load-bearing capacity.

Pressing Process: 1-time hot press (best economic choice)
The board offers 8–10 reuse cycles and delivers performance comparable to 2-time hot press plywood, making it a highly cost-effective formwork solution.

3. Glue

Adhesive Options: WBP / MR / Melamine

WBP Glue: Suitable for repeated reuse and outdoor exposure.

Melamine Glue: Enhanced water resistance for construction sites needing stable bonding.

MR Glue: Cost-effective option for general-purpose applications.
High-temperature bonding ensures minimal delamination and excellent structural integrity under moisture and temperature changes.

4. Edge Treatment

All edges are sealed with waterproof acrylic paint to prevent moisture penetration and increase panel lifespan.

Edge protection reduces swelling, enhances durability, and maintains consistent panel performance during repeated formwork cycles.

Our poplar film faced plywood is manufactured using fresh, high-quality poplar veneers selected for proper moisture, uniform fiber structure, and zero internal voids. Each veneer is inspected to ensure clean surfaces, solid cores, and reliable bonding performance.

We use a premium thick phenolic film that delivers superior smoothness, shine, and abrasion resistance-resulting in a more durable and professional-looking panel.

From the inner core to the outer film, every material is chosen to guarantee consistent quality, higher reuse cycles, and better overall value for construction and formwork applications.
