What is Marine grade plywood?
Marine-grade plywood is essentially the pinnacle of plywood quality. It earns its name in part by being fully capable of withstanding the consistent challenges of rain, snow, and moisture without compromise. To qualify as marine grade, the plies are bonded together using a specialized waterproof glue under intense heat and pressure. This process, coupled with a water-resistant finish on the exterior, ensures exceptional durability. Plywood Process
The plywood raw materials are poplar, pine, birch, Eucalyptus, maple and so on. then use the peeling machine to peel the wood skin. then slice cut, then after dying the wood chips finished. then glue core veneer. after that use cold pressing, hot pressing ,wood putty sanding,pressing face veneer,cold pressing,hot pressing,sanding,cutting edges, the plywood finished.
