Core & Veneers:

Made from high-quality poplar logs, rotary-cut into thin veneers. The veneers are carefully selected, graded, and cross-laminated to ensure strength and dimensional stability.

Face & Back Options:

Standard face and back veneers are poplar, but options with birch, okoume, bintangor, or other decorative veneers are available for customers requiring higher surface aesthetics.

MR (Moisture Resistant) Glue: Suitable for indoor use such as furniture and decoration.

WBP (Phenolic or Melamine) Glue: Provides high water resistance, suitable for humid environments or limited outdoor exposure.

Structure

Poplar plywood is made by cross-laminating thin layers (veneers) of poplar wood, with each layer's grain direction arranged at right angles to the next. This cross-grain construction enhances the panel's dimensional stability, strength, and resistance to warping.

Face & Back Veneers: Smooth poplar veneer, light in color, easy for laminating or painting.

Core Layers: Multiple poplar veneers bonded with eco-friendly adhesives.

Adhesive Types: MR (Moisture Resistant), E0/E1/E2 formaldehyde-free options, or WBP (Water Boiled Proof) glue for exterior use.
