Structure

 

 

Combi veneers are arranged crosswise based on their mechanical properties, ensuring optimal performance. Hot melt wire connections are employed to prevent excessive gaps, guaranteeing exceptional hardness and stability.

 

Production Process

 

1. Material Selection - Carefully selected high-quality birch veneers.
2. Cutting and Drying - Precision cutting and drying to the optimal moisture content.
3. Assembly and Gluing - Cross-laminated structure with even adhesive application.
4. Hot Pressing - High temperature and high pressure enhance the strength of the board.
5. Cooling and Sanding - After cooling, the board is finely sanded for a smooth surface.
6. Surface Treatment - UV coating or matte/glossy finish is applied as needed.
7. Inspection and Packaging - Each board is individually inspected, packed with waterproof protection, and prepared for shipping.
